Teachers versus union

"New Albany-Floyd County Education Association (NA-FCEA) settled four cases this week with non-union teachers who had refused to pay a "fair share" fee to the Teachers Association in cases dating back to 1992.... "the settlement reached...required the non-union teachers in the case to pay 64 percent of the total union dues --which amounts to 79 percent of the state and national fair share fees -- and 100 percent of the local NA-FCEA fair share fee as previously established by an independent arbitrator."
