Rejected by the Floyd County Plan Commission. In other business: Steve Klein's request for a subdivision (Baumann's Bluff) was denied. Also, residents of the area known as the two-mile fringe questioned the board as to what action it was planning on taking to block Georgetown's attempt to take jurisdiction over the area
