Staying within in the lines

There are 100 acres of undeveloped land on Grant Line Rd. Wal*Mart and Christian Academy are new additions. The New Albany Plan Commission wants to re-use the property for commercial or multi-family developments. The possibility of an overpass or an underpass to prevent the traffic from stopping for trains is being discussed.. Several photographs accompany the article.
