Police target underage drinking as spring break nears

A program aimed at curbing underage drinking is called ""Serve Kids, Serve Time"". New Albany Police will be running this campaign starting at spring break and through the month of April which is National Alcohol Awareness Month. Local liquor store owners do ask for identification.
