Summer time is right time for overhaul of schools

New concession stand is being built inside New Albany High School's Buerk Field -- "Prosser School of Technology's masonry class will complete the job". "The two big construction projects in the corporation -- at Grant Line and Greenville (Elementaries) -- will not be completed until next summer."
