Storm water management plan discussed at meeting

The third in a series of public meetings to gather input on storm water control in Clark and Floyd counties was held last week by consultants hired by a consortium of municipal and county governments who must implement a storm water management plan this year to meet federal and state regulations. Four more meetings are planned.
