Public hearing proposed for senior center

A public hearing for creating two-bedroom apartments for senior citizens on a limited income will be held on January 6th at 4:00.. The proposed new development will include a senior citizens center, adult/child daycare and facilities for assisted living and dementia care.. Sister Barbara Ann Zeller is president of Guerin Inc. She expects construction on the first apartments to begin the fall of 2004.. The center will be located adjacent to Providence House for Children on State Road 64 in Georgetown.. The plan is to create a multigenerational facility that will provide opportunities for senior citizens to interact with and mentor children.
