Schmitt Furniture sells two warehouses, opens a new one

Schmitt Furniture recently celebrated two milestones - its 69th anniversary at the corner of State and Main in New Albany, and the grand opening of a new warehouse located at 208 Busch Place.. Schmitt recently sold two of its warehouses located on West First Street and State Street to the City of New Albany as part of the Scribner Place development. The proposed YMCA will sit at the site of the old warehouse.
