Overton announces re-election bid

Ms. Overton is using the slogan "We've solved the tough issues" in the new campaign for mayor.. Mayor Overton came up with a $44 million solution/expansion of the sewer system in New Albany.. Mayor Overton is proud of the idea of Scribner Place which would include a YMCA, swimming facility and a private development downtown near the Ohio River..
