Paris, pioneer of Floyd Memorial, dies at 89
Dr. John Paris helped perform the first operation at the Floyd Memorial Hospital and he was on hand last fall at the ground breaking ceremony for the new expansion. The new building will include a heart center. The John and Dorothy Paris Health Education Center was named for him and his wife.. Photograph accompanies the article.
