Video conferencing centers coming to area

Funding for the installation of a number of video conferencing centers was announced March 8th. One of the key elements of the grant will be to expand distance learning centers at five locations in the Southern Seven Workforce region consisting of Clark, Floyd, Scott, Harrison, Crawford, Orange and Washington counties. This will allow for business to coordinate training for employees at one of the sites rather than schedule employees to drive long distances to receive training.
