Resident granted pretrial hearing

Yvonne Kersey, resident of one of the Main Street houses from which sewage has been going directly into the Ohio River, feels she (and neighbors in same predicament) should be reimbursed for the sewer bills they have been paying over the years. She has "filed for an appeal with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management on the permit issued to install the laterals behind the 11 houses on Main Street." Her appeal was granted, and she will speak at pretrial conference Jan. 29, 1999.
