Joan Smith, Executive Director of Noah's Ark, is to be honored by Rotary with toast and benefit banquet.. ***CORRECTION*** In 4 Dec. 1998 issue, p. 3A, column 1, there is a notice that this banquet will be on Dec. 7th, not the 5th..
