Raising Old Glory

Photo: N.A. Mayor James Garner helped residents from Muir Manor raise an American flag in front of their building at 13th and Spring streets in New Albany. The flag was donated by Joyce Clark, and is the same flag that was draped across her husband's coffin. Mr. Clark was a World War II veteran.
