Police hope to bring Nunez back for prosecution

The FBI will be extraditing Eliseo Nunez from Mexico to face criminal confinement charges for taking Kayla Kime. An Amber Alert was issued once the police were notified of her disappearance the next morning. Mexican authorities cooperated with the NAPD by assisting in the safe return of Kayla to her mother..
