Uphill battles

Georgetown planners have made it tougher for developers to build by making them comply with a new detailed zoning ordinance. Georgetown officials have set up a technical review committee that will consider subdivision plans before they go to the town's Plan Commission for approval. Officials want commercial and residential zoning districts described in the new ordinance.
