Volunteer motivated by love of animals

For nearly 10 years Ms. Heishman has donated her time to helping the Animal Shelter find homes for homeless animals. Ms. Heishman now coordinates the Saturday Dog Walkers program. This program consists of 30 volunteers who work in 3 shifts each Saturday. They walk the dogs, clean their cages, give them toys, food, water and lots of love..
