Georgetown supportive of NA Sewer Board proposal. No deal will be official until the City Council relinquishes its rights to set sewer rates for Georgetown. Georgetown's 3-percent-a-year rate wincrease will go into effect Jan. 1 if the New Albany City Council allows the New Albany Sewer Board to set the town's rates. The deal would also include a $25 upfront payment by Georgetown to New Albany and a $450,000 penalty if the town doesn't have its own treatment plant constructed within 5 years
