Probation officer cited in sexual harassment lawsuit

Collins whistled at the women, made comments about their physical appearances and sent provocative e-mails to at least one of the complainants. Collins has been cited in a suit before; he settled a federal case in 2002 filed by a former Floyd County court employee who accused him of threatening to rape her. The plaintiffs stated complaints about Collins were filed with the Indiana Office of Employment Law Services and with Floyd Superior Court Judge Susan Orth. As for damages, the three plaintiffs are seeking reimbursement for mental and emotional distress and punitive damages for "Collins engaging in this type of outrageous behavior"
