State Street development planned for spring

Conctruction could take two years. Sewer board approves credits for retail, restaurants on Wesley Chapel site. The Sewer Board approved wastewater credits for a site that is slated to include retail space and restaurants. The board granted 11,845 credits to Wesley Chapel Church, which owns land along State Street -- including the former Golden Corral restaurant building and the adjacent property. Counting the existing building, there could be a total of five structures when the development is complete
