Prosecutor: Stoess still must serve Floyd Co. sentence
Floyd County Chief Deputy Prosecutor Steve Owen said Edward Stoess still must serve his 30-year sentence in Indiana despite a plea agreement being reached in Oldham County, Ky. Stoess pleaded guilty to murder and burglary in the first degree shooting death of James Shuttler III, his estranged wife's boyfriend, at his home in Oldham County in 2006. After killing Shuttler, Stoess drove to New Albany and shot his wife, Deena Stoess, three times at her house
