Scribner employee accused of dealing drugs on school property

Victor Cousins was arrested Monday evening for dealing drugs on the property of the school where he works as a custodian. Cousins is preliminarily charged with dealing cocaine, a class A felony, and resisting law enforcement, a class A misdemeanor.
