Virgin Mary statue vandalized at Floyds Knobs cemetery

Church leaders look for answers with problems continuing. St. Mary of the Knobs parishioners will be asked to create a "neighborhood watch" program after its cemetery was again vandalized. The monument company said the white marble statue will have to be sandblasted. In February, two white marble benches valued at approximately $10,000 were stolen just feet from the Virgin Mary statue.
