Storm delays Hill's plans to file for re-election

The massive weekend snowstorm that buried the Washington area with up to three feet of snow has delayed Indiana Democratic Congressman Baron Hill's plans to file paperwork seeking election to a sixth term. The congressman's scheduled Monday flight from the nation's capital to Indianapolis was among those cancelled by the weekend storm. Hill could end up filing by mail to seek re-election to Southern Indiana's 9th congressional district. Former Republican Rep. Mike Sodrel is running again for the seat; he and Hill have faced each other in each congressional election since 2002
