Rotary Club to honor Richard Stem

Photograph of Richard Stem, a toast will be held in his honor. Mentions that this year, Stem provided the funding to endow a scholarship fund for music and fine arts students in memory of his mother, Martha Stem. Half of the proceeds from the toast will go to the Restoration Project of the Second Baptist Church clock tower, the other half will go to the Rotary Club
