Teen-ager gets 25 years for murder

Wesley Stockton and William R. Mozee were charged with the death of James Underwood. Stockton has plead guilty, and has been sentenced to 25 years.. The shooting took place after a heated arguement at the Broadmeade housing project.. William Mozee was arrested on drug charges and attempted murder, and the drug charges are being dealt with first.
