State says fixing Linden Meadows could cost $1.7M

New Albany and state officials will meet next week to discuss financial strategy for dealing with the Linden Meadows subdivision. Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority offered the bank $300,000 for the subdivision and funding toward the rehab costs.
