Plan Commission fails to approve subdivision

The area has "black soil" which according to the city ordinance is unfit for construction.. The proposed subdivision of the Woods of St. Joe has not yet received sewer permissison and appears to have inadequate roads.. The proposed subdivision is on hold again for the third consecutive month.
