New Directions Housing Corp. officials say it's one of the most demanding time lines they've ever encountered -- and that they are on target to meet the deadline. The Louisville-based organization was selected by New Albany on March 9 to oversee a $6.75 million housing renovation in the S. Ellen Jones Neighborhood.
