School board passes compact

A proposed compact and code of ethis that caused emotions to run high during the August meeting was calmly passed Monday night during the New Albany-Floyd County Consolidated School Corporation board meeting. The final document includes a number of behavioral expectations and working agreements, including that the board is to have a designated member who will serve as a spokesperson to the media and public on issues regarding board actions
