Some council members not budging on city salary votes

Two New Albany City Council members said Wednesday they haven't heard from Mayor Doug England regarding cuts to the 2011 budget, and therefore are prepared to again vote against salary ordinances to set pay for next year. Votes on the 2011 budget aren't expected until October
