Stolen flood gate panels recovered in Louisville

All seven flood gate panels stolen earlier this month were recovered in Louisville and were intact with only minor damage. Flood Control Director Ron Granger said it likely would have cost the city thousands of dollars to replace the panels. The NAPD's Criminal Investigation Division is continuing to investigate the theft and will not release any other information at this time
