Third suspect in shooting arrested

Fabian J. Duncan and Joshua C. Lawrence were arrested and arraigned in Superior Court No. 3 last week. Bond for all three men is set at $200,000 cash-only. A preliminary not guilty plea also has been set for all three. All five have been charged with attempted murder and at least one other felony
