Teaching generations

Mount Tabor Elementary kindergarten teacher Judy Wasson holds flowers and a "money tree" as students at the school sing happy birthday Wednesday morning. When 70-year-old Judy Wasson eventually retires from teaching, she plans to go out quietly. So her school decided to throw her a big celebration for her 70th birthday Wednesday to let her know what she means to them and to also dedicate a butterfly garden in her name.
