First-time festival brings Celtic crowds to New Albany waterfront. The Kentuckiana Celtic Festival is a free concert that featured music, merchandise, drinks and other revelry. Mayor Doug England declared it Kentucky Celtic Foundation day in the city, telling residents to have an enjoyable 7 1/2 hours of entertainment.
