Unenviable task at hand for authority

The Ohio River Bridges project impact will be felt across the region. Delays, conflict over which plan to adopt, how to pay for two new bridges across the Ohio River and a redesign of Spaghetti Junction, while dealing with two state bureaucracies, were all contributing to a convoluted process. Both Indiana and Kentucky have named its respective members to the bi-state authority, but the group has yet to meet
