Teachers vote on new contract

The teachers and adminintrators at New Albany Floyd County Consolidated School Corp. have reached a tentative agreement on the teachers' contract for 2011-12 school year said Mark Kessans, president of the teachers' association. He said members of the association are voting in their individual schools if they want to adopt or reject the tentative agreement today. Ballots are due to the association's office by noon
