State investigators go undercover to root out illegal gambling
Larry Rollins was headed to a central Indiana breeding farm for game fowl allegedly used in the blood sport of cockfighting. By day's end, Rollins and a team of investigators had seized nearly 200 chickens and turned over evidence to a county prosecutor who later charged their owner with felony counts related to animal fighting. Rollins is head of the Indiana Gaming Commission's gaming control division, charged with investigating illegal gambling in Indiana. Photograph accompanies the article
