City set to file foreclosures on top sewer lien holders. Next week, any sewer customer wtih an outstanding bill of $3,000 or more that is at least 90 days past due will receive a final notice from the New Albany Municipal Utilies Billing Office. If they don't respond to the warning, Sewer Board attorney Greg Fifer will file foreclosure paperwork with the banks of the property owners
