Push to ban 'fake weed' gaining momentum

The tobacco sold in smoke shops and convenience stores across Indiana often goes by names like Spice, K2, Pep and Kind, incense or herbal blend. It is legal in most states, including Indiana. The New Albany City Council is considering passing an ordinance banning the subsance, and the Grassroots Prevention Coalition of Clark County plans to ask the Jeffersonville City Council to do the same
