Truck theft suspect in court Wednesday

A man accused of stealing a truck with a child in it Tuesday afternoon in New Albany appeared in court Wednesday. Jacob M. Anastasio, 26, is charged with auto theft, a level 6 felony, after reportedly stealing a truck from the 1900 block of Elm Street. A 7-year-old boy was inside the vehicle at the time.
