Owner looks into options for property

The owner of a historic State Street home is considering several options after his request to turn the property into a seasonal haunted house was denied recently by the New Albany Board of Zoning Appeals. Johann Pedolzky, the owner of 1418 State St., was pursuing a land-use variance from the BZA to turn the languishing 1800's-era home into a Halloween-season destination. See article for more.
