Suspect sentenced to 20 years

The second of two men involved in a fatal robbery outside the Waffle House in New Albany in December 2015 was sentenced in a Floyd County court on Thursday. Marcus Threatt, 24, was sentenced in Floyd County Super Court No. 1 to 20 years for his role in the shooting death of 23-year-old Charles E. Fischbach on Dec. 12, 2015. See article for more.
