Obituaries

Lucien Marquet, an old resident of the county, died Friday at his home on the Bald Knob, north of the city, of a complication of diseases from which he had been a sufferer for many months. He was sixty-five years old and is survived by four daughters and a son (none named), his wife having died some time ago. He was a devout member of St. Mary's of the Knobs Catholic church, Lafayette township, and the funeral took place from that church Monday.
