City set to capitalize on Ohio River

This article describes plans for the Ohio River Greenway, mainly the New Albany Riverfront portion. It mentions that the parking facility on Pearl Street (next to Southside Inn) MAY be replaced with a new parking garage; and "a footbridge would then connect the garage's top deck to the floodwall and the amphitheater breezeway. That garage would be built with Develop New Albany funds".
