Council advances housing tax breaks

The city, along with two non-profit organizations (Floyd Co. Habitat for Humanity and New Albany-Floyd Co. Community Housing Development Organization), are attempting to establish revitalization areas in the area and are trying to receive property tax breaks so houses can be built in a lower income zone..
