Bond agreement to help renovate Graceland campus

"Sellersburg on Monday agreed to sponsor a $3 million economic development bond issue for Graceland Christian Church (sic -- should be Graceland Baptist Church) to facilitate the renovation of its former middle school to house its daycare operation which will have expanded capacity and programming.....Since Sellersburg has not entered into any bond issues this year that qualify as 'bank certified bonds', Graceland officials opted to approach the town to sponsor the bonds. New Albany and FloydCounty are at their maximum in bonds for the year..."
