Caucus to be held to fill council vacancy

Councilman Jay Renfrow has moved out of the ward and must give up his seat on the council. Mr. Renfrow has participated in hiring a town manager. There has been a transition from receiving money from Caesars. The Casino is no longer giving money to Georgetown. Mr. Renfrow was involved in this transition.
