City prepares to assign sewer tap-ins

"First installment of sewer credits due when EPA, New Albany come to terms". "...developers on the waiting list (for sewer tap-ins) have (said) they need 161,740 credits up front. Sewer Board members plan to winnow that list to less than 150,000 at their next meeting." (first installment would be 150,000 credits)
