Church honors 'Neighborhood Josh'

Friends, family and community members gathered at Park Place United Methodist Church to honor Josh Rodriquez on Saturday. Despite a light drizzle, nearly 100 people attended a ceremony at the garden that sits on church property to rename it after "Neighborhood Josh," who died unexpectedly March 15 at the age of 42 after a heart-related medical episode.
